Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original condition
• Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom/personalized items (if any)
• Opened/used personal care items (if applicable)
• Clearance/final sale items (if marked)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@encura.in with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if damaged/defective)

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.
